Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned product.

Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges are possible within 48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Packaging must be intact, and the product should not have been extensively used (only tested).
• Additional Costs:
  • The customer will bear any price differences and shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an order.

Before Shipping:

• If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
  
  After Shipping:
• If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
• Refunds for shipped orders will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
